1) Shipping

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

Shipping options & cost: Shown at checkout; carrier and speed vary by destination.

Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. (Optionally: visit Track Your Order if available.)

Address changes & cancellations: We process orders quickly. Please contact us ASAP after purchase; once packed or shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.

International: Local duties/taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout. Transit times vary by country.

Damaged/ lost in transit: If a parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery/expected delivery with photos and your order number; we’ll assist with a claim and resolution.
2) Returns & Exchanges (oribox.com orders)

Change-of-mind window: Return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all inserts/tools.

Return shipping: Customer-paid (use any trackable carrier). We’ll share the return address after your request is approved.

Refund method & timing: Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post.

Exchanges: For fastest service, place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Non-returnable: Gift cards, final-sale items, and products showing excessive wear, misuse, or missing components.

3) Amazon orders

Within 30 days of purchase: Please initiate returns/exchanges through Amazon.

After 30 days and within 365 days: For manufacturing defects, contact support@oribox.com with Amazon order proof (screenshot or invoice). If approved, we’ll arrange a one-time free replacement of the same model/color or the closest available.
4) Limited Warranty — 365-day defect replacement (summary)

We offer a 365-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use (e.g., structural issues, broken latch, abnormal yellowing within warranty).

Excludes: Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, discoloration from UV/chemicals, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation/removal, or use with non-ORIbox accessories.

Resolution: For approved cases, we’ll provide a one-time free replacement (same model/color or closest available). In most regions, no return of the defective item is required.
