We process quickly—contact us ASAP. Once packed or shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Yes. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, duties/taxes (if any) are paid by the recipient. Transit times vary by country.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery window with your order number and photos. We’ll help file a claim and resolve it.
Returns & Exchanges (oribox.com)
30 days from delivery for change-of-mind returns. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all inserts/tools.
For change-of-mind returns on oribox.com, customer-paid (use any trackable carrier).
Click [Start a Return] on the policy/FAQ page, or go to My Account → Orders. For a faster exchange, place a new order and return the original for a refund.
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to your original payment method. Banks usually post within 5–10 business days.
Gift cards, final-sale items, and products showing excessive wear, misuse, or missing components.
Within 30 days of purchase, please use Amazon’s return/exchange flow.
Warranty (31–365 Days & Defect-Only)
Manufacturing defects under normal use (e.g., structural failure, broken latch/clip, abnormal yellowing within warranty). See [Warranty Policy] for full details.
oribox.com:
0–30 days: choose return/exchange (change of mind) or warranty (like-for-like replacement for confirmed defects).
31–365 days: returns for change of mind are not available; defect-only claims remain eligible under warranty.
Amazon US: 0–30 days via Amazon; 31–365 days submit an ORIbox warranty claim with Amazon proof of purchase.

Usually no. In most regions we don’t require returns for approved claims. We may request additional photos/videos or a return at our discretion.
A one-time free replacement of the same model/color (or the closest available if discontinued). ORIbox covers the outbound shipping once per approved claim; international duties/taxes (if any) are paid by the recipient.
Warranty replaces like-for-like. If you want a different color/model, place a new order and use returns (if eligible) for the original.
Normal wear/tear, cosmetic changes from UV/chemicals, natural aging/oxidation not due to material defects, accidental damage/misuse, improper install/removal, issues caused by non-ORIbox accessories, and device damage.

Installation & Removal
1.Find the small groove under the arrow on the front shell and lift gently with your thumb or a thin flat tool.
2.Place your phone into the soft TPU frame.
3.Attach the front shell—volume side first, then power side.
4.Align the back shell and snap from bottom to top. Press around the edges to smooth out any gaps.

You’re all good—use a thin flat tool at the groove to lift the first clip, then wiggle gently. No force needed.
Reverse the steps above. Because the fit is snug, start at the groove with a small flat tool and work slowly around the edge.
Charging & Accessories
Yes. It works with MagSafe chargers and most MagSafe accessories, plus Qi/MagSafe wireless charging. Center the charger and avoid extra-thick mounts for best performance.
Unless a product page says otherwise, protectors are sold separately. Our cases play nicely with most tempered glass and lens protectors.
Care & Materials
Use a soft cloth with mild soap and water. Skip harsh chemicals and high heat—your case will stay clear and fresh longer.
