Warranty Policy
Applies to purchases on oribox.com and authorized marketplaces as noted.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every ORIbox product. If a manufacturing defect appears under normal use, we’ll make it right.
1) Coverage & Term

Coverage: Manufacturing defects under normal use (e.g., structural failure, broken latch/clip, abnormal yellowing within warranty, defective buttons, warped frame).

Term: 365 days from the original delivery date.

Who’s covered: The original purchaser with valid proof of purchase from oribox.com or an authorized channel (e.g., Amazon US via ORIbox official listing).
2) What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)

Normal wear & tear (micro-scratches, minor scuffs, finish wear).

Cosmetic changes from UV/chemicals (perfume, sunscreen, alcohol wipes), dye transfer (denim/leather).

Natural aging/oxidation of polymers not caused by a material defect.

Accidental damage/misuse: high-impact drops beyond everyday protection, crushing, bending, cutting, burning, pet chewing, improper storage.

Improper installation/removal, modification, or use with non-ORIbox accessories that cause stress/deformation.

Non-ORIbox items, freebies, gifts-with-purchase.
-
Device damage: this warranty does not cover your phone or other devices.
3) Resolution (What You Can Expect)

For approved claims, we provide a one-time free replacement of the same model/color (or the closest available match if discontinued).

In most regions, we do not require the defective item to be returned. We may request more photos/videos or a return at our discretion.

Shipping: ORIbox covers the outbound shipping of the replacement once per approved claim. Import duties/taxes (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility.

Each original item is eligible for one warranty replacement.
4) Eligibility & Proof of Purchase
Please keep your order number and purchase email. For Amazon US orders, a screenshot or invoice is acceptable proof.
5) How this warranty works with return windows (30 days vs. 31–365 days)

Within 30 days of delivery: You may choose a return/exchange under our Shipping & Returns Policy, or submit a warranty claim if you prefer a like-for-like replacement for a confirmed defect.

Day 31–365: Change-of-mind returns are no longer available. Defect-only claims remain eligible under this warranty.

Amazon US orders

Within 30 days of purchase: Please use Amazon’s return/exchange process.

Day 31–365: For manufacturing defects, submit an ORIbox warranty claim with Amazon proof of purchase.

Which path should I choose within 30 days (oribox.com)?

Want a refund or to switch color/model → use the return/exchange path.

Want a like-for-like replacement for a defective item → submit a warranty claim.

For full return terms, see Shipping & Returns Policy. This warranty covers defects only and does not restore change-of-mind rights beyond 30 days.
6) How to Start a Warranty Claim

Click Start a Warranty Claim on our site.

Choose your region: United States or International.

Choose your purchase channel: oribox.com (US/International) or Amazon US.

Fill in your details and upload clear photos/videos showing the defect (close-ups + full product).

Submit. We review and reply within 1–2 business days with next steps (approval, request for info, or reason if not eligible).
7) Geographic Scope

United States: oribox.com & Amazon US supported.

International: currently supports oribox.com orders. (Amazon channel is US only at this time.)
8) Limitations of Liability
This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties. ORIbox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to device damage, data loss, or lost profits.
9) Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy to reflect improvements in materials or processes. The latest version posted on our website applies.
