For products purchased through Amazon, returns and refunds during the first 30 days are handled according to Amazon's return policy. You must have your Amazon purchase receipt to process a return.

6.2 Oribox Direct Warranty (Days 31-365)

For manufacturing defects discovered after 30 days (but within 365 days of purchase):

• Your Amazon purchase receipt

• Clear photos of the defect

• Video evidence (if applicable)

• Detailed description of the issue

Covered: Manufacturing defects, material failures, construction issues

Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality

6.3 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective upon arrival. We may offer shipping cost subsidies on a case-by-case basis.

6.4 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Warranty

7.1 Limited Warranty

Oribox warrants that our products will be free from manufacturing defects for 365 days from the date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents

• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
